This charming little family house, built around 1920 in the historic center of Santanyí, consists of 75 m2 and was renovated in 2015. It is very cozy and has a lot of charm. The owners have personally lovingly renovated and decorated the property, combining materials and furniture with the roots of their ancestors, recycling and the technologies of our time in harmony and with respect for the environment. 

The apartment is located in the historic center, in a small street 50 meters from the Plaza Mayor, where you can enjoy the charm of the village with a quiet and family stay. Time passes calmly and the atmosphere is relaxed in contact with people and life in the Mediterranean style. You can use the entire apartment completely independently. 

The property consists of an entrance, a double room and a single room with a large single bed. The living room has satellite TV, there is a dressing room, an equipped kitchen, a utility room, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a terrace, free Wi-Fi, as well as towels and bed linen.
