Object description
The bright, friendly and cosy 2-room holiday flat (approx. 50 m²) is located on the ground floor of a very well-kept holiday complex built in Mallorcan style with a communal pool and is approx. 250 metres from the beach of Cala Santanyi. The flat has a large outdoor terrace with seating and sunbathing areas and a beautifully planted front garden. The flat has an internet connection and WIFI.

In the air-conditioned living/dining area with modern, open-plan Nolte fitted kitchen (dishwasher, cooker with oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster) there is a satellite TV, a living room table with stools and a cosy couch, which can be converted into a comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm) if required. In the dining area there is a dining table with 4 chairs. 
In the bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, you will find a spacious built-in wardrobe and a designer double bed with high-quality mattresses, which can also be converted into two single beds on request. 
The cosy bathroom is equipped with a walk-in tropical shower, a large washbasin, a WC and an outside window. 
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.

Many of the guests like to take a cliff walk to the famous rock "Es Pontas" or walk/cycle along the beautiful fields and meadow paths in the Mondrago nature reserve, which is only a few minutes away from the flat and leads to another very beautiful beach, S'Aramador. The enchanting old town of Santanyi is a good 2km away and offers all the shopping and dining opportunities your heart desires.

Palma and its airport can be reached by car in approx. 40 minutes.
