You enter the house through the light-flooded conservatory, which not only serves as an entrance, but also as a cozy living/dining area. Then you get into the open, fully equipped kitchen with Bora stove and adjoining second living room. From here you can also reach the two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and custom-made built-in wardrobes. The outdoor area offers a large, heatable whirlpool with a counter-current system, which borders the outdoor kitchen with seating and a brick lounge. An outside staircase takes you to the large terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the side sea view all day long. It has several sun loungers, a covered dining area and a modern storage room.

It is your domicile for all seasons. The entire house has underfloor heating with a new heat pump and infrared heaters in the conservatory. In addition, there are air conditioners throughout the house that can heat and cool.

The chalet features a natural stone wall and was renovated in 2009. An outside staircase takes you to the reception terrace, which is equipped with high-quality furniture and a fireplace. Upon entering the house, the open living area opens up with a secretary and wardrobe. From here you can access the two adjoining bedrooms, the bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Next is the covered dining area, which is equipped with high-quality infrared heaters and a windbreak for the cool months. The terrace adjacent to the dining area, which extends over different levels, has an outdoor kitchen, a dining table and an outdoor shower. Already from here you can enjoy the fantastic sea view. A staircase takes you to the large roof terrace with an equally beautiful sea view and a Moroccan, covered daybed and sun loungers, which offer the opportunity to relax in the sun as well as in the shade.

This house can also be used all year round. It has a fireplace, air conditioning and several infrared heaters for a cozy and warm indoor climate.
